BASF Canada recognizes the importance of innovation and corporate responsibility. To play a key role, BASF joined GCNC to unify and build upon the capacity of the Canadian private sector to embrace sustainable business practices. By partnering with GCNC, BASF Canada hopes to expand its reach to stakeholders and collaborate with other corporate organizations with similar sustainable goals. We hope to expand our knowledge in sustainability solutions to be a key member in providing practical solutions to corporate sustainability challenges.

BASF is engaged in several of the GCNC Sustainable Development Goals, particularly, quality education, decent work and economic growth, industry innovation and infrastructure. Recognizing the importance of education, we collaborate with various organizations to offer educational programs such as science experiments to youth around Canada. From an internal perspective, we offer internship programs every year to various departments in our company.

We take pride in successfully combining economic success with environmental protection strategies that are also aligned with social responsibility. We have moved towards becoming more involved in our corporate sustainability and in doing so, participating in sustainability conferences and collaborating with sustainable associations. We develop products and solutions that contribute to conserving resources, ensuring nutrition and improving quality of life.
