Advancing Equity and Inclusion in the Financial Sector Workshop

In partnership with the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI), UN Global Compact Network Canada is hosting a specialized 50 - 30 Challenge Tailored Session for the financial sector. This interactive two-hour online session will provide targeted insights, actionable strategies, and hands-on learning to help organizations navigate and overcome common DEI challenges.

Tailored specifically for the financial sector, this workshop will cover:

  • Case Studies and Best Practices: Build case studies collaboratively based on participants' real-world experiences and stories, encouraging shared learning and actionable insights.
  • Interactive Problem-Solving: Engage with peers to brainstorm solutions to sector-specific challenges.
  • Action Planning and Implementation: Develop customized action plans with realistic goals, timelines, and accountability measures.

Aligned with the 50 - 30 Challenge and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this session will enable participants to explore opportunities to create more inclusive workplaces while meeting organizational EDI objectives.
