In her Innovation & Strategic Partners Leader role at BASF Canada, Lorena Lujan Rubio leads different innovation projects related to sustainability, clean tech and new materials. In addition, she is responsible for driving external engagement with selected partners, evaluating and leading relationships with Canadian innovation clusters, universities, research institutes and start-ups. Previous to this role, Lorena led BASF’s external communications strategy in Canada, contributing to the significant increase of media presence and strengthening brand awareness by liaising with local, national and trade news sources.
