Louis-Philippe Gagné is the Manager of the Net-Zero Challenge at Environment and Climate Change Canada. The Net-Zero Challenge is a Canadian voluntary initiative that aims to encourage businesses to develop credible and effective plans to transition their operations to net-zero emissions by 2050. Louis-Philippe Gagné has over 10 years of experience working on climate-related files, developing numerous regulatory and policy initiatives such as Canada’s first greenhouse gas emission regulations. Over the years, he has worked on a number of programs geared towards increasing the uptake of clean technologies in Canada’s major industries.
