At the World Benchmarking Alliance (WBA) Sarah coordinates the research on human rights and decent work in the private sector and its integration into all WBA benchmarks. She also co-developed the just transition methodology used to assess high-emitting companies in WBAs Climate & Energy Benchmarks. Previously, while working at the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD), she assessed companies using the Corporate Human Rights Benchmark (CHRB) core methodology and, at UN Global Compact in New York, supported member companies in implementing respect for human rights and decent work throughout their activities.
