Nancy Lockhart is a corporate director residing in Toronto, Canada.

She sits on the board of Loblaw Companies Limited, Barrick Gold, Atrium Mortgage Investment Corporation and is the Chair of the Board of Gluskin Sheff and Associates.

She was Chair of the Environmental Health and Safety Committee at Loblaw for 12 years and currently chairs the Corporate Responsibility Committee at Barrick Gold.

She is the former Chief Administrative Officer of The Frum Development Group, a commercial property developer and a former Vice-President of Shoppers Drug Mart.

In addition to her corporate work, Nancy has served as the Chairman of The Ontario Science Centre,  Chairman of the Canadian Film Centre and  President of the Canadian CLub of Toronto and was a board member of the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.  She is currently the Chair of the Board of Crow’s Theatre Company and a board member of The Royal Conservatory of Music.
