Susan leads Hatch’s global climate change and sustainable development practice with 20 years of experience in this field. She supports clients in addressing the impact of a changing business environment, including climate change-related factors, on projects. Susan develops strategies to help project developers manage shifts in laws and regulations, weather patterns and social impact considerations. She specializes in environmental, social and governance (ESG)-focused program reviews and evaluations, climate change-related risk and investment cost-benefit assessments, stakeholder consultations, and sustainability reporting strategy and guidance.
Susan holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business with a specialization in Finance and Sustainability. She is an Adjunct Professor with the University of Toronto and Clean 16 award recipient.
