Olivier Bullion, Director, Sustainable Development Goals Unit, Employment and Social Development Canada
Olivier joined Employment and Social Development Canada in 2020. He has spent the better part of his career working in the diplomatic service at Global Affairs Canada and has held various assignments in Asia, Middle East and North America. Notably, he was Program Manager of the Global Security Reporting Program, Deputy Director of the Office of Religious Freedom, and Deputy Director for Russia and Ukraine. Olivier is a policy expert and economist by trade. He holds a MA in Geopolitics as well as a MA in Economics.
