Suzanne Bergeron, Country President, Sodexo Canada
Suzanne is Country President for Sodexo Canada. She steers the Canadian Leadership team to grow its business and financial performance. She represents Sodexo Canada to the company’s clients, customers, and 10,000 employees. Suzanne is also Vice President for Human Resources, responsible for labour relations, operational human resources support, total rewards, payroll, claims, organizational development, training, and talent acquisition.
Suzanne brings a global perspective and operational focus to her role. In 2011, she moved to France to work with the Group CEO, Michel Landel, and the Group Chief Human Resources Officer, Élizabeth Carpentier, where she helped identify and develop top talent at the global level, and played an instrumental role in the company’s global transformation. Suzanne joined Sodexo Canada in 2005 as an executive assistant and office manager in Montreal.
