Global Compact Network Canada is pleased to offer Target Gender Equality (TGE), a Global Impact Initiative program designed for participating companies of the UN Global Compact. We hosted an informational webinar on March 30th, 2021 to share program details and answer any questions.
TGE is a year-long gender equality accelerator program that supports companies in setting and reaching ambitious corporate targets for women’s representation and leadership, starting with the Board and Executive Management levels, through the following activities: facilitated performance analysis, capacity building workshops, peer-to-peer learning, and multi-stakeholder dialogue at the country-level.
