Wynnie Zhao

Project Manager, Community Climate Adaptation


Wynnie Zhao (she/her) is the Project Manager, Community Climate Adaptation for the UN Global Compact Network Canada. In her role, she is focused on identifying and analyzing the intersectional and community-based impacts of corporate climate adaptation projects.

Wynnie holds a dual degree in Honours Business Administration from Ivey Business School, alongside Ivey's Sustainability Certificate, and an Honours Specialization in Global Gender Studies. She is interested in the intersection between gender, equity, and business and is passionate about creating intersectional, sustainable, and community-based solutions.

Wynnie is interested in topics related to gender-based violence, sustainable fashion, degrowth, and regenerative agriculture. Outside of work, Wynnie enjoys practicing yoga, going to local farmers' markets, and doing vintage/thrift shopping.
