André-Martin Bouchard has over 30 years’ experience in the Environmental Consulting Industry. Since joining WSP in 2006, he has played a key role in growing WSP to a top Global Environmental Consultancy. Over the years, he held various positions in Canada and Globally, serving as Executive Vice President Environment. Before joining WSP, Mr. Bouchard was the Founder and CEO of «Strate Environment».

Today, Mr. Bouchard is WSP’s Global Earth & Environment Director, the second largest Global Division of WSP. He is leading a Global Sector of over 21,000 talented employees (out of the c.70,000 strong at WSP) with revenues above $4b. Mr. Bouchard is also WSP’s ESG Corporate Sponsor, leading the ESG strategy, engaging with Stakeholders, reporting to the BOD of WSP.

Under Mr. Bouchard's leadership, WSP took a credible position as an ESG leader in Canada and globally. Mr. Bouchard also sits on the Board of Directors of Klohn Crippen Berger, a Vancouver based firm. Mr. Bouchard is a Professional Environmental Engineer who holds a degree in Civil Engineering, adding a specialty in Environmental and Water Resources from Polytechnique Montréal, Canada (1993).
