Beatriz Rodriguez holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Cuba and a Master of Applied Sciences in Chemical Engineering from UBC, specializing in Biotechnology. She began her career at STEMCELL Technologies as a Manufacturing Technologist, where she not only met production demands but also developed, troubleshot, and optimized manufacturing processes. Over the years, Beatriz's role expanded to leading teams responsible for producing high-quality reagents that advance life sciences. As Director of Manufacturing ISO, she collaborates across departments to address production challenges and build future capabilities. She is also a passionate advocate for Employee Resource Groups, particularly the Women ERG, aiming to foster an inclusive and supportive workplace. A dedicated mentor and leader, Beatriz focuses on developing the next generation of leaders, inspiring and empowering colleagues to realize their full potential.
