Constance Drilhon serves as CAE’s Director of Sustainability Strategy and Reporting, overseeing the integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations across the organization. In this capacity, she engages with internal and external stakeholders—including customers, investors, and regulatory bodies—who are impacted by or have an interest in CAE’s sustainability performance. Working cross-functionally with teams accountable for various ESG domains, she defines strategic vision and objectives, monitors performance indicators, and leads the development of transparent and credible sustainability disclosures. Constance leverages her expertise in market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and stakeholder expectations to influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement in CAE’s social and environmental impact. She ensures that all sustainability reporting aligns with leading standards of transparency, accuracy, and integrity. Her mandate also includes oversight of human rights, equity and inclusion, and engagement with Indigenous Peoples, reinforcing CAE’s commitment to responsible and inclusive business practices.
