Alexandra is a corporate lawyer based in McInnes Cooper’s Halifax office. She advises clients on environmental regulatory matters and a range of general corporate matters, including transactions, financing, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting requirements. Earlier in her career, Alexandra was seconded to an energy company’s in-house legal team, where she worked on legal matters in the electricity sector. Alexandra is actively involved in both her profession and her community. She serves as Vice Chair of the Environmental, Energy & Resources Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association – Nova Scotia branch. At her firm, she chairs McInnes Cooper’s Collective Social Responsibility Committee in Halifax, and she is also a member of UNICEF’s Executive Committee for the Annual Chefs for UNICEF Gala.
