UN Global Compact Network Canada is proud to continue its commitment to inclusive leadership development through the Inclusion in the Workplace: Leadership Workshops. These online sessions are designed to foster critical reflection and equip professionals with the knowledge and tools to embed equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) into their workplaces.
By signing up for the Leadership Workshop series, you will join a cohort of your peers and participate in monthly sessions. Upon completing all five workshops, you will receive a credential of completion that you can post on your social media. You can also pick and choose to attend only the sessions that are of most interest to you.
Building on the success of the 50 – 30 Challenge capacity-building sessions (created with the support of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada), this stream is designed for individuals looking to deepen their understanding of EDI principles and explore practical ways to lead change.
Whether you are new to EDI or already engaged in this work, you’ll join a diverse learning community of peers, leaders, and changemakers from across sectors. Past cohorts have included professionals from nonprofit, corporate, and public sector organizations, fostering meaningful dialogue and cross-sector collaboration.
