TORONTO, 29 May 2026 — UN Global Compact Network Canada, the Canadian arm of the world's largest corporate sustainability initiative, today announced the appointment of Geoff Pegg as the organization’s new Director of Business Development and Marketing.
Geoff joins UN Global Compact Network Canada during an exciting period of growth and strategic transformation. Geoff Pegg’s appointment as Director of Business Development and Marketing reflects a strategic commitment to expanding the organization's reach and impact across the Canadian business community.
Geoff brings 15 years of senior sustainability leadership to the role, most recently as the Head of Sustainability and Environment at TELUS, a purpose-led, award-winning, global sustainability leader. A two-time recipient of the Clean 50 Award, Geoff has been an innovator in sustainable finance and renewable energy development with a strong focus on collaboration, and served on multiple non-profit Boards. Geoff looks forward to helping mobilize Network Canada Participants and Canadian businesses alike in achieving sustainable values.
