In today's environment, a diverse range of stakeholders—including consumers, employees, media organizations, and NGOs—are increasingly concerned with the impact of businesses on human rights. The Business & Human Rights Accelerator programme is designed to help companies translate these concerns into actionable steps. Within a span of six months, participating companies will learn how to identify, assess, and mitigate human rights impacts, while also mastering the art of communicating these efforts transparently to stakeholders. This initiative was launched in response to a growing corporate focus on human rights diligence and will include discussions on relevant legislation such as Canada's Bill S-211 and Bill 262.
