Charlotte (she/her) joined UN Global Compact Network Canada as a Project Engagement Specialist. She focuses particularly on the role of male allyship in advancing women to leadership positions and, more broadly, on the importance of promoting fair, equitable, and inclusive workplaces. She brings expertise in operational management, program coordination, and multi-stakeholder collaborations, with a strong emphasis on advancing gender equality. As a passionate advocate for gender equality, she co-founded Pépite Sexiste, an organization raising awareness of gender stereotypes in marketing which now gathers over 300,000 followers on Instagram.
Charlotte holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Sciences Po Lille (France) and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Kent (United Kingdom). In her free time, she enjoys exploring Toronto, reading feminist literature, and savoring good food with good wine.
