As President and CEO of LGM Financial Services Inc. (www.lgm.ca), Drew is passionate about creating innovative business models that drive positive social impact through growth. With a solid background in finance and insurance, Drew joined LGM and the automotive sector in 2012. Drew is excited by the current evolution of the automotive industry and sees many opportunities for LGM to be part of this growth and drive positive social and environmental impact. 

LGM’s vision is Responsible Mobility for All, a future where mobility can be achieved in a safe, responsible, and sustainable way, in which everyone benefits.  LGM helped create Canada’s first hydrogen fueling station, started the industry-wide Auto Dealers Against Distracted Driving campaign, and worked with their partners to create some innovative care share models.

Prior to LGM, Drew led Operations for the team that launched Canada’s first online and socially responsible bank in 1997. He served as the Vice President of Strategy at Vancity Credit Union, a global leader in social finance. Drew also spent time as the Chief Administrative Officer, Development and Alumni Engagement, at the University of British Columbia, where he led the reengineering of operations, enabling the organization to double its alumni engagement and fundraising, achieving the most significant fundraising and engagement campaign in Canadian history at the time.  

Outside of LGM, Drew has always seen giving back to his community as an important part of his role, having served on not-for-profit boards for over 20 years. He currently volunteers on the boards of Traffic Injury Research Foundation (TIRF), Take a Hike Foundation, and is an advisor to the Neil Squire Society.  

Drew holds a BSc from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from Queen’s University and is a Certified Professional Accountant.
