Monica Weshler is a Business Development Specialist at UN Global Compact Network Canada, where she works to expand the organization’s participant base across Canada.
She holds an MBA in International Business and Entrepreneurship from Dalhousie University, where she served as President of the MBA Society, and an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto. Monica represented Canada at the Global Village for Future Leaders of Business and Industry, co-authored a business case study for Just Us! Coffee Roasters on ethical trade and sustainability, and received the Northstar Trade Fellowship.
Monica brings experience across consulting, marketing, and business development in both corporate and non-profit sectors. She has led strategic consulting initiatives, held marketing and professional education roles with the Fortune 500 company Johnson & Johnson, and provided business development leadership within Canada’s medical technology sector.
She is deeply committed to volunteering, mentorship, and global collaboration, with international experience across Asia, Oceania, Europe, the Middle East, and South America. Outside of work, Monica enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and learning languages.
