Murali Sundar is the Founder and CEO of Marcatus QED, a Toronto-based agri-food and value chain solutions company focused on building more sustainable, resilient, and globally connected food systems. With more than 25 years of leadership experience across agriculture, sourcing, food innovation, and international business development, he has dedicated his career to creating solutions that connect commercial growth with meaningful social and environmental impact.

Founded in 2001, Marcatus QED is a trusted global food sourcing and value chain partner with more than two decades of experience. Under Murali’s leadership, the company has built a global network of over 50,000 farmers and 35 factories worldwide, delivering sustainable, year-round agri-food solutions. Marcatus QED ships more than 2,500 containers annually and provides training to over 80,000 people each year through the Marcatus Mobile Education Platform, helping improve the livelihoods of more than 10,000 farming families.

Murali is passionate about advancing practical, scalable models that strengthen food security, support farming communities, and drive innovation across global markets.
