P4G is a social enterprise focused on equitable recruiting and education. Belonging and wellbeing are a motivating force in Bradley’s life; this is highlighted in his recent TedX talk titled “Making Belonging a Practice”. It has gotten harder for people to feel like they belong in this moment and time and there is increasing polarization leading to increased conflict. Bradley believes that our ability to disagree and still understand that we belong is critical to how we move forward together both at a societal level and individual level.
